Our promise
We want you to love your Natur routine. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. Please read the details below so we can help you as quickly as possible.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns requested after 30 days from delivery.
Items we cannot accept
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Opened or used supplements (capsules, powders, strips).
- Opened or used skincare (serums, cleansers, creams, oils).
- Items marked as final sale at checkout.
- Gift cards and promotional / free items.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@glownatur.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the items you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without approval may not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email hello@glownatur.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original (following the steps above) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to stop the shipment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
